Since 1978, Aviva Children’s Services has strived to fulfill its mission of providing enhanced services to improve the quality of life for children who are victims of neglect, abuse and poverty, and are in the care of the Department of Child Safety (formerly CPS) in Pima County.

Family Court Services

Helping Families in Times of Transition

Child custody issues are never easy and parenting time is often a primary concern for individuals going through a difficult divorce or separation. Under contract with Pima County Superior Court, Aviva offers supervised visits and exchanges services to assist families during these challenging time.


Take Credit For Helping Children In Foster Care

Reduce what you owe in state taxes up to $500 (individuals) or $1000 (married couples) when you make a donation to Aviva. This tax credit comes directly off the top of your Arizona tax bill!

Divas at the Park

Don't spend all your money on Black Friday! The Aviva Divas will be at the Reid Park Holiday Arts & Craft Far at booths 33 and 34 on Thanksgiving weekend. They may just have that unique handmade item for that someone special on your holiday list. All sale proceeds go to benefit children in foster care. The fair venue is just west of the DeMeester Outdoor Performance Center.

Aviva Toy Drive
Now through December 11

Make the holidays brighter for children in the care of the Department of Child Safety in Pima County. Donate new unwrapped, age-appropriate toys for children from newborn to age 18. Gift cards of $20 or less in value are preferable for teens from stores they favor such as Target, Old Navy, H & M, Barnes & Noble, Wal-Mart, GAP, Hot Topics, Best Buy and others. Read more…
